2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Review all documents prior to signing or submission
   
• Retain copies of submitted records
   
• Respond timely to requests for additional documentation
   

Biz Pro HQ is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information provided by the Client.

3. Fees, Billing, and Payments

3.1 Fees

Fees are disclosed via invoice, service agreement, proposal, or engagement letter and are based on the scope of services requested.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice
   
• Services may be withheld until payment is received
   

3.3 Past-Due Accounts

Invoices unpaid 60 days after issuance may be referred to a third-party collections agency. The Client may be responsible for additional collection costs permitted by law.

4. Use of Website & License

4.1 Limited License

Permission is granted to temporarily access or download one copy of website materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

This license does not transfer ownership.

4.2 Prohibited Uses
